Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for unused and unopened items.

No Return of Opened Items: Once products are opened or used, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. This is for the safety of all our customers.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after reviewing the issue. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Damaged/Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, we can exchange it for the same item, issue a refund, or provide store credit—depending on your preference and item availability, along with free shipping. Defective items will not be shipped back to us.

Request Timeframe: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for exchanges.

Allergic Reactions/Discomfort: If you experience a skin reaction, irritation, or discomfort, please discontinue use immediately. Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for products that have been opened and used.
